All Orders
Some items are available to ship immediately and can be expected within 3-5 days. Other items as well as custom items are made to order and may require, depending on complexity, from 2 -10 weeks for production. Their shipping times will be discussed either before or after order confirmation. Please reach out if unsure. Please prepare 1-3 extra business days for your order.

Please note that shipping companies have stated that during COVID-19 shipping times may be delayed.

Within Canada
Orders are shipped using FedEx which includes insurance and tracking, flat rate of $15. All orders within Canada exceeding $400 are free.

Everywhere Else
Orders are shipped using FedEx without insurance and tracking. Please email juliakowpakjewellery@gmail.com if you require insurance and tracking for your order for additional cost. Additional import, customs and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements. These charges are paid by the customer.

Returns or exchanges
Julia Kowpak Jewellery does not accept returns or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your order contact us immediately at juliakowpakjewellery@gmail.com.
